If you are in Bulgaria, you would hardly expect to face a claim for damages. However, the law is quite clear - еveryone has the duty to repair the damages caused at his fault. 

Traditionally Bulgarians do not go to court often. But the world is a global village, and foreign practices migrate successfully.

In order to respond, the policy must be effected before the accident and before the claim.
